Ever have trouble figuring out how much of an ingredient you need for a recipe because you only have measuring cups and the recipe’s in grams or vice versa? Or you’re trying to do the nutrient analysis on a recipe and the program your using doesn’t have the same units as your recipe used? I find the Online Cooking Conversion really helpful for times like these. As long as your ingredient (or one of similar mass) is available in their table you can easily convert from weight to volume or the reverse.
