So, I haven’t abandoned Foodimentary for weekend blog post inspiration just yet. Today is Iced-tea day, and as long as you’re not sweetening yours it’s a great refreshing and healthy beverage on a hot day. You can make pretty much any tea into iced tea. Ideally, you should cold brew it in the fridge over several hours but if you want to speed up the process you can make hot tea and then refrigerate with ice cubes until it’s adequately “iced”. If you want to switch it up from your usual black or green tea try one of David’s Teas. They have lots of teas that will make delicious iced versions.
