While I don’t always agree with everything the Environmental Working Group has to say, for the most part their messaging is good. They recently released a guide entitled: Good Food on a Tight Budget. With food costs continuing to rise, and increasing reliance on convenience and fast foods, it’s great to see a guide to help consumers choose affordable and nutritious whole foods. The website is aesthetically pleasing and easy to navigate. I also like that they include additional links and resources including shopping tips and recipes.
