I just wanted to share an interesting article I read on NPR’s food blog The Salt the other day. I love these studies that combine psychology and food. This article discussed our tendency to eat (or drink) more of something if it’s labelled as a medium or small even if it is actually larger than, or the same size as, an item labelled as large.
