I love this blog. It keeps me on top of what’s happening in the world of health and nutrition. It provides me with an outlet for my frustrations and affords me the opportunity to educate others. That being said, it doesn’t pay the bills and I’m finding it a struggle to write a post every day on top of my long days at my bill-paying job. I’ve decided to reduce the number of posts that I write so that I don’t start feeling like writing them is a chore. For now, the plan is to post something every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at a minimum.
