Yes, I know, I’ve told you about examine.com before. This is different though! New and exciting! They’ve just come out with a new reference guide for supplements. If you provide advice on supplements to clients, or if you’re into nutrition, health, and fitness, then this guide is a must-have. I know that it’ll be a huge asset to me in my line of work.
The guide is a PDF that’s easy to purchase from their website. You might think that it seems like a bit of a rip-off to buy a PDF, you’d rather have a lovely book to flip through. Bear with me though… Aside from the environmental benefits of a paperless reference book you’re also getting a lifetime access to updates (which are done daily). We all know how quickly information changes; new studies are constantly being published. I’m pretty sure that many of my nutrition textbooks from just a few years ago are already obsolete. This guide is going to be a great way for us to stay on-top of the most current research into supplements.
Full disclosure: one of the creators of the guide asked me if I would be interested in promoting it to you, my lovely readers. If any of you purchase the guide using the link above I’ll receive a percentage of the sales. Honestly, I would have promoted this guide without the possibility of profits. I think that it’s going to prove to be an invaluable tool.
