On the heels of my post about the new Arctic Apple on Wednesday, another post on the subject on Real Agriculture. I love this post by Debra Murphy. Thanks to a couple of my twitter friends for sharing it!

As you know I am opposed to any GM food being sold that is not labelled as such. My opinion of this p[articular product – purely to cater to the crowd that likes pre-sliced apples. With this product the consumer will have a hard time figuring out how old it actually is. What does that do to actual nutritional value?
